- BA/BS degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant mechanical, equipment, or facilities function in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver s license.
- 5+ years of knowledge in communicating ideas in both technical and user friendly language.
- 5+ years of professional communication skills (written, verbal, and communication).
- 5+ of problem solving and analytical skills.
- 5+ years of MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Access).
- 3+ years of database systems knowledge, SAP Preventative Maintenance (preferred).
