- BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business discipline OR the equivalent of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive
preferred. - 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR 6 months participation in an automotive co-op/internship (automotive process or
automotive manufacturing engineering preferred). - 3+ years of Microsoft Office applications skills.
- 1+ years of long and short-term project management skills structure projects, continuous improvement, process analysis, new model
(preferred). - 1+ years of cross-functional communication skills.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and communication skills to interact with internal and external department management at all levels,
handling highly confidential matters. - Basic knowledge of SAP(Accounting and Finance modules preferred).
