Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years automotive experience
- 5+ years Network Dealer Development experience
- 5+ years Direct Dealer Contact Experience, additional experience in either Ownership Services (Aftersales), Sales, Service or CPO.
- Demonstrated experience and skills with planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling and communicating are paramount, and required.
- The ability to understand and analyze retailer financial statements and to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives is critical for this position.
- The ability to read and understand design plans for facility projects. Must possess knowledge of construction types, building codes, etc. Must possess deep understanding of design/building process for new constructions and renovations. Creativity to develop design intents quickly and conclusively is preferred.
- Established approach to decision-making and problem-solving, has a highly developed sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple projects of a complex scope
