The Head of Sales, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, NA will be responsible for overseeing and managing the retail and wholesale sales objectives while developing the national dealer network for the US Rolls-Royce Motor Cars product portfolio. You will also steer and achieve sales targets and inventory objectives within the Americas market for both new and pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will also balance, manage and direct the sales process, develop sales stimulus programs to promote the Rolls-Royce brand at a local level while optimizing contribution through appropriate cost of retail measures.

You will manage a team and work to grow and develop the dealer network to adopt CI initiatives, manage the lease finance relationship with BMW Financial Services and motivate and guide the sales team to expand upon management of the business and increase market share.

The pay range for this role is: $137,520.00 - $175,365.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of automotive experience.
  • Automotive retail knowledge and knowledge of franchise laws in the US and Canada
  • Excellent analytic and presentation skills (advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience).

Preferences:

  • Preferences: Master’s Degree / MBA
  • Spanish or French language skills preferred
