Lead VA Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or certification.   
• 3 to 5 years of prior experience working with customers and providing exceptional experience.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a retail, operations or transportation environment is required.
• Driver’s license in good standing is a must.

Preferences

• Automotive retail experience is preferred in either sales or non-technical service departments.
• Able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptability and can-do entrepreneurial attitude.
• Analytical aptitude.
• Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively across distance with drivers, dealerships, and vendors.
• Problem solving skills.
• Business acumen and client focus is required (proficiently understands customer requirements).
